Choosing the correct size is important to ensure comfort and professional presentation. Our workwear is based on Australian standard sizing, with detailed measurements provided for each category of garment. Use the charts below to compare your body measurements with the garment specifications.
How to Measure
- Chest: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape snug but not tight.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing straight.
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.
- Sleeve: Measure from the centre of the back of your neck to your wrist.

Tips for Teams & Bulk Orders
When ordering for a team, consider ordering a size run (one of each size) to check fitting before finalising large bulk orders. This reduces the risk of mismatched sizing across staff.

Are sizes based on Australian standards?
Yes. All Good Gear Nation garments are based on Australian standard sizing unless otherwise stated. Measurements are listed on product pages for accuracy.
What if I am between two sizes?
If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort, especially for workwear worn over other layers.
Can I exchange if the size is wrong?
Yes, stock items can be exchanged within 30 days if unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Custom logo items cannot be exchanged for sizing issues.
Do women’s and men’s fits differ?
Yes. Many of our polos and jackets come in both men’s and women’s cuts. Check the product description and measurement chart for fit guidance.
Do you offer sample sizing for bulk orders?
Yes. For large corporate or school orders, we can arrange a sample size set for fitting before production. Please contact our team for details.
