Customer Rights

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Good Gear Nation website and the purchase of wholesale workwear, uniforms and decoration services. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full, unless prior arrangements are made.
  • For bulk orders, payment via EFT or invoice can be arranged upon request.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days for stock items, subject to availability.
  • Delivery times vary by state and carrier; tracking is provided with every order.
  • Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted on stock items within 30 days if unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags.
  • Customised items (embroidered, printed or altered) are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced, refunded or repaired as required by law.

Custom Logo Decoration

  • Logo proofs must be approved before production; once approved, changes cannot be made.
  • Good Gear Nation is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork files.
  • Embroidery digitising and print setup fees are non-refundable after proofing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Gear Nation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in NSW.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do prices include GST?
Yes. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Can I return customised items?
No. Custom logo orders (embroidery, screen print, transfers) cannot be returned unless faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, refund or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Do you provide invoices with ABN?
Yes. All orders are supplied with an ABN tax invoice for business records.
Which law governs these terms?
Our Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
